Steven R Swiatek

Steven Swiatek is a proud dual alumnus of Buffalo State University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021 and his Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration in 2025. He began his professional journey in financial aid as a Financial Aid Advisor at Bryant & Stratton College. Currently, Steven serves as the Assistant to the Chief Diversity Officer at Buffalo State, where he supports campus-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
