Lisa T. Morrison-Fronckowiak, J.D.

Lisa Fronckowiak currently serves as the Chief Diversity Officer at Buffalo State University and has been with the university since 2010. In addition to her CDO role, Lisa serves as the ADA Coordinator, Title VI Coordinator, and Interim Title IX Coordinator.

Prior to her current role, she was Director of Student Accessibility Services and Deputy Chief Diversity Officer. Lisa holds an Ed.M. from the University at Buffalo School of Graduate Education, and a J.D. and LL.M. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Lisa is passionate about equity, diversity, and social justice, and is dedicated to promoting educational access. She has conducted several trainings in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access, including presenting at the national Accessing Higher Ground Conference.

In her free time, Lisa serves as a board member for the Academy of Human Rights.
