The Equity and Campus Diversity Office seeks to ensure that the campus complies with all federal and state laws and SUNY policies and procedures and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, marital status or veteran status.
Persons who believe that they have been discriminated against or harassed under these policies should report their concerns to the Equity and Campus Diversity Office, Cleveland Hall 415, (716) 878-6210. Concerns and complaints can also be discussed with the appropriate supervisor, vice president, dean, director or department chair.
