The College policy on Affirmative Action ensures that there be no discrimination against any student, faculty or staff person based on national origin.
This institution subscribes to all applicants, students, or employees on the basis of race, sex, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, age, handicap, marital or veteran status, and arrest and/or conviction record.
Assistance is available to international students through the International Student Affairs Office. (716) 878-5331, Campbell Student Union, room 400. The ISA Office offers assistance with regard to visa, work permits, and relevant regulations of the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
Any student, faculty or staff who believes that there has been a violation of this policy is encouraged to discuss the concerns with the Equity and Campus Diversity Office, 415 Cleveland Hall. Resolution of grievances will be handled according to the Buffalo State College Procedure for Review of Allegation of Discrimination.
